Rabbi Yoseph Herman, Shlit'a, has spent many years working on keeping the public informed on issues regarding Yoshon and Chodosh. The following is a list of cRc industrial bakeries that are Pas Yisroel. All other cRc certified industrial bakeries are assumed to NOT be Pas Yisroel. These bakeries do NOT use yoshon flour exclusively.
Al-Khayim (includes small regular size pitas only. The large "Lafah" size is NOT pas Yisroel))

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON SPECIFIC cRc CERTIFIED PRODUCTS:
- Kasia's Blintzes are Bishul Yisroel / Pas Yisroel but NOT Yoshon.
- Trader Joe's Bagels, Challah, Honey Nut Bread and French Boule bearing the cRc are all Pas Yisroel but are NOT Yoshon. The Gluten-Free breads and rolls are not considered Pas.
- Garden Fresh pita bread is Pas Yisroel, but not Yoshon.
- Mission Foods Tortillas are NOT Pas Yisroel and are NOT Yoshon.
- Azteca Tortillas are NOT Pas Yisroel and are NOT Yoshon.
- Tortillas: Please note that the cRc presently does NOT certify any tortillas under any label as being Pas Yisroel or Yoshon.
- Enjoy Life products are not made with the "five grains" Therefore they are not considered Pas and Yoshon is not an issue.
- Nu World products are not made with the "five grains" Therefore they are not considered Pas and Yoshon is not an issue.
- 123 Gluten Free products are not made with the "five grains" Therefore they are not considered Pas and Yoshon is not an issue.
