Unfortunately, the consumer version is wheat and chometz, the commercial/nursing-home version is not chometz and that's the one they list. It has been removed from the website. There are basically two types of parchment paper, Quilon and Silicone. All Quilon type paper requires a reliable hashgacha during the year while the silicone type does not. Both require special Pesach certification.

All parchment paper under the certification of the Star K is permissible for Pesach even without Passover certification.

This is not to be confused with wax paper or freezer paper which do not require any certification during the year or for Pesach.

Rubenstein canned salmon that only has added salt and water is kosher for Pesach with only the OU. Passover certification is not required.

All Pillar Rock Salmon (with only salt and water added) in both cans and pouches is acceptable for Pesach with only the OU on the label. The "P" is not required.

Triaminic children's fever reducer is OU certified but the infant fever reducer is made in a different plant which is not OU certified and we therefore have no information as to the kashrus status or Pesach status of that product.

We would recommend that if someone has an infant that might need fever reducer (i.e. acetaminophen) on Pesach or year round, they should speak to their doctor as to the proper dose of children's fever reducer that they should give to the child.

The two items have the same medicine and the only difference is the strength.  Accordingly, a doctor can recommend the proper dosage of the children's product for an infant.

Tylenol adult liquid fever reducer is Glycerin-free and permitted year-round but is not recommend for Pesach.

The cRc allows all fresh raw - pre-washed bagged Iceberg lettuce and other non-kitniyos vegetables such as whole carrots (regular and baby), shredded and sliced carrots, shredded cabbage and broccoli slaw for Pesach provided that they be purchased before Pesach.
The Star K recommends that the Fresh Express salads must have the Star K P (Passover) stamp on the bag.

The cRc approves the use of whole grain quinoa for Pesach on the following conditions:

• The quinoa is imported exclusively from Bolivia and packed by companies that pack whole grain quinoa exclusively.

While there may be others Sugat, Ancient Harvest and Trader Joe's are two brands that only import quinoa from Bolivia and only pack whole grain quinoa.

• The quinoa must be carefully inspected by hand before Pesach.

This is done by spreading one layer of quinoa at a time on a board or plate and checked to be sure that there are no other grains or foreign matter mixed in with the quinoa.

This does not apply to Quinoa flour, pasta or any other version of quinoa which are not permitted on Pesach.

• The quinoa must be carefully inspected by hand before Pesach.

King Star Foods-Tavlinei Shemesh, Israel, Chicken Flavor Soup bears an unauthorized OU-P sticker. This product is not certified for Passover by the Orthodox Union. Product is being recalled from the market place.
