The Chicago Rabbinical Council welcomes all guests, conventioneers and tourists to Chicago. The Metropolitan Chicago Area has a population of more than 300,000 Jewish residents.

Jewish population centers include neighborhoods throughout the area, from Hyde Park on the South Side, the Lakeview area North of Downtown, Uptown. Peterson and West Rogers Park, Lincolnwood, Skokie, to Highland Park and Buffalo Grove for the North suburbs, and in many communities in between.

About the Chicago Community

Chicago has a variety of different restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. While most restaurants are up north in Rogers Park and Skokie, almost all supermarkets in the Downtown area carry a full line of raw Kosher foods. In addition there is available delivery of fully catered meals.
